Why “Free Format”?
RPG once had to be written in fixed columns, every keyword in its exact position. Free-format RPG broke out of that grid, and the logo’s tilted square is that same idea.
It’s also our approach: respect the systems that already work, and modernize them without being boxed in by how they were first written.
